Here at Stabilizer-Pro we fully understand the importance of getting your orders as quickly as possible. That's why we only use the fastest shipping method. With our experience of international delivery we have carefully selected our delivery partners to provide the best service and speed. Orders placed before 16:00 GMT will be dispatched the same day. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within one working day if payment arranged by PayPal. For orders paid by Bank Transfer, basically it  will be shipped within 48hours upon we confirm payment received. The specific estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time and does not include transit time,
The shipping cost is calculated dynamically and is based on the total weight/size of the products in the order together with destination country. You can see the shipping cost when checking out your order.
All orders to Overseas Countries are shipped by DHL Standard .

Return Merchandise Authorization Terms and Conditions

1) Prior Authorization for Product Returns and General Policies

To return a product to Stabilizer-Pro, you must get prior authorization by contacting us through [email protected].  All products returned must be packaged well to protect it from shipping damage, and must be sent with a shipping method that provides tracking information. Stabilizer-Pro can not be held responsible for damage that occurs in transit. For products that a customer wants to return for a refund, Stabilizer-Pro requires that the item and its packaging be in un-used, "like new" condition with all original packaging, cabling, manuals, etc. included, or the return will be refused. Inspect your product carefully before shipping as any signs of wear or use will result in a refused product return. No items are accepted for exchange or return after 30 days from the purchase date (or from receiving date in case of delayed shipping).  

2) Defective/Wrong Product

Stabilizer-Pro will allow defective/wrong product to be returned for an exchange only. 

3) What is Covered By These Refund Or Exchange Policy?
 1. Manufacturing defects;
 2. Product has been damaged in the transit, which was found when being unpacked and checked in the presence of the couriers;
 3The actual products are not matched with the original descriptions;

4) Shipping Costs

  1, If you are returning an item for a refund, or exchanging a functional product, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.  
  2, If you are exchanging a defective item or an item you received in error due to a packaging mistake at Stabilizer-Pro order processing system, Stabilizer-Pro will refund you the return shipping costs once we have received and processed your RMA. 
  3, For items returned to Stabilizer-Pro, Stabilizer-Pro will not cover the cost of "expedited" shipping. Please choose a standard shipping option that provides tracking (USPS Priority Mail, etc.).  If you are unsure about which shipping method to choose, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.
